✨ Embody the Reflection ✨ — Trust and Surrender to What Is Being Reflected Back to You
We are the Ascension Guides 🤍 We ask you to be open to receive this transmission ✨, as we bring forward an understanding of what is now unfolding through your current timeline, as you move from the energies of April into the embodiment phase of May.
When you are talking about the energies of embodiment, and the energies that cannot be seen, you are talking about trusting and letting go of something that, if you like, was not in this lifetime before, but you may or may not be able to see now.
So let us bring this into a way that can be understood.
If you were walking through a shopping centre 🛍️, and you passed a shop window and saw your reflection, you may look at yourself and think,
“OK, I do not look like I wanted to look like today.”
And in that moment, there is a choice.
To judge.
To resist.
To want to change.
Or simply to look… and say, “That is OK.” 🤍
This is the essence of what we are bringing through.
It is the same as what is happening now within your energetic field.
When you are looking at yourself and thinking, “I would like to feel something else, ”or “I would like to be something else,” we are asking you to pause.
To look at what is being shown to you.
To embody it.
Because what you are seeing is not by chance. It is being reflected back to you for a reason ✨
As you move from the 4/4 portal into the energies of May, you are not starting again. You are continuing.
The 4/4 portal brought the breaking down of old foundations. It brought forward what needed to be seen.
And now, in May, you are being shown more.
More of your hidden truths. More of what still sits beneath the surface. More of what is ready to be embodied 🌿
This is where the mirror comes in 🪞
The mirror is not just what you see in front of you physically. The mirror is:
What you see in yourself
What you feel within yourself
What is reflected back to you through other souls
Because other souls are part of this reflection.
They are showing you aspects of yourself. They are helping bring things to the surface.
So when you feel something through another…when something is triggered…when something feels uncomfortable or expansive… this too is the mirror.
So what we ask you to do in the month of May is this:
When you look at yourself — truly look — ask:
What do I still not like about myself?
What would I like to change?
What am I being shown right now?
And instead of resisting…embody it. ✨
Embody what you look like now.
Embody what you feel like now.
Embody what is being shown to you now.
Yes, you can still manifest. Yes, you can still choose new versions of yourself.
But first…
you must accept what is here 🤍
This is where trust and surrender come in.
Trust that everything being reflected to you is for your highest good.
Surrender to the understanding that you do not need to control or change everything immediately.
Whether this reflection comes through:
Your physical appearance
Your emotions
Your thoughts
Your relationships
Your interactions with other souls
…it is all part of the same process.
You are being shown yourself.
Again and again.
In different forms. Through different people. Through different moments.
And the question is not:
“How do I change this right now?”
The question is:
“Can I accept this?”
“Can I embody this?”
“Can I trust what is being shown to me?” ✨
Because when you do this…
you create balance ⚖️
You move out of resistance. You move into alignment.
And from this place…
true transformation begins 🌟
So as you move through May, remember:
Everything you see is a reflection.
Everything you feel is a guide.
Everything that comes up is an invitation.
An invitation to trust.
An invitation to surrender.
An invitation to embody.
✨ Embody the reflection.✨ Trust what is being shown to you.✨ Surrender to the process.
