🌌 October’s changing planetary patterns provide a symbolic backdrop to this transmission. Venus began retrograde in Scorpio on 3 October, and the New Moon in Libra falls on 10 October, alongside the 10:10 Portal.

When you feel triggered, pause with compassion. Ask:
What am I feeling? What familiar experience does this touch? What need or boundary is asking for my attention?
Exploring an encounter as a mirror can bring you back into your heart space. Within your spiritual practice, you may experience this as guidance towards a deeper understanding of yourselves.
Allow reflection to inform your choices. Another person remains responsible for their behaviour; your own healing does not require you to fix them or carry all the responsibility for a relationship.
Authenticity includes speaking your truth with care. Notice where you agree from love and willingness, and where you agree to avoid conflict or disappointment. You can respect others while being honest about your capacity.
You can love deeply and remain connected to yourselves. 💜
✨ 2. Inner Guidance, Discernment & Self-Trust
Reconnecting with our Higher Self and guidance systems
Guidance may be experienced through inner knowing, images, feelings, sounds, creativity or moments of quiet understanding.
As you explore your connection with your Higher Self and spiritual teams, give yourselves time to listen and discern. Consider what comes through alongside your circumstances, needs and lived experience.
If something feels uncomfortable, ask gently:
Is there a fear to understand, a practical concern to address, or a boundary to honour?
Let your heart and thoughtful reflection work together. Self-trust grows through listening, considering and choosing. There is room to remain curious without needing immediate certainty.
Ask what supports you in feeling grounded, clear and able to act with compassion.

Your channel may find expression through voice, song, Light Language, movement, writing, art or healing. Allow yourselves to discover the form that feels authentic to you.
Expression can help you understand what you are experiencing, including feelings that have been difficult to put into words. Explore gently, with space to rest and enjoy the process.
