I’m Bex — the channel and guide behind The Ascension Channel. My journey has shown me that every experience, every challenge, and every awakening unfolded exactly as it was meant to.
What I now understand is that my entire life and Ascension process was divinely orchestrated to prepare me for my role as a Wayshower, here to help others recognise that they too are Channels and to provide Quantum Healing to help safely open intuitive and direct connection.
My own channel opened long before I realised what was happening. Subtle guidance, intuitive surges, energetic sensitivity, and inner knowings were early signs of The Ascension Guides working with me — gradually strengthening my awareness over the process of clearing, healing, and integration.
Through profound and very challenging Kundalini activations, including multiple awakenings that transformed me overnight, my psychic senses switched on in a way that accelerated my spiritual development beyond anything I expected.
These initiations shaped me into a multi-channel, able to receive guidance in many forms: higher-mind insight, intuitive downloads, frequency transmission, subconscious reprogramming, and direct communication with The Ascension Guides.

My mission is to walk beside Souls as they awaken, opening their intuitive channel with trust and guidance from The Ascension Guides, so they can navigate their own Ascension with confidence.
Below, I share a glimpse of my very profound story of how my awakening unfolded — and the multidimensional path that brought me here.
MY 7 YEAR ASCENSION SNAP-SHOT
2018–2021
Awakening Through Self-Awareness
My Ascension journey began long before I realised what was happening. In 2018, I stepped into deep self-awareness — becoming curious about my thoughts, patterns, triggers, and emotional responses. This period quietly prepared me for Ascension.
Through mindset work, personal training, discipline, and coaching, I unknowingly began clearing the first layers of subconscious programming. Challenges intensified, especially around relationships and manipulation themes, revealing what my Soul had agreed to heal. I found meditation and tools to help work through layers of anxiety and confusion.
This stage was the foundation: the early whispers of awakening, nudging me toward who I truly was meant to become.
2023–2024
Integration, Channel Opening & Quantum Healing
Following the New Year’s Eve awakening, everything accelerated. Layers of trauma surfaced rapidly, past-life memories returned, and ancestral patterns cleared. I began hearing inner guidance, receiving intuitive downloads, and working with The Ascension Guides without fully realising it.
Over months of emotional, mental, and energetic intensity, my channel opened wider — turning me into a multi-channeler able to receive messages, frequencies, and subconscious reprogramming in real time. I learned to navigate Light and Shadow energies, release attachments, and embody the work I now teach.
This stage shaped me into The Ascension Channel.
2021–2023
Collapse, Breakthrough & Energetic Rebirth
Christmas Eve 2021 initiated one of the most traumatic turning points of my life, triggering two years of recovery from emotional collapse, physical exhaustion, and inner breakdown. I delved deeper into meditation, energy healing, and spiritual practices and started to feel like a new Soul.
My hamstring tear in 2022 became a catalyst — I healed in 8 weeks through energy work after being told I needed surgery. Then New Year’s Eve 2023 arrived with a profound Kundalini awakening. Overnight, my psychic senses switched on, my energy body erupted like a pressure valve releasing, and the “dark night of the soul” became my teacher.
This was my true rebirth.
2025–Present
Higher-Mind Activation &
Stepping Into Soul Purpose
In July 2025, a second major Kundalini activation shifted everything again.
For three days, I moved through an outer-body state while receiving Higher-Mind awareness, instant recognitions, childhood integrations, and pre-birth memories. This unlocked a new form of healing: regressive meditation — a deep, self-hypnotic state that accesses multidimensional layers of the subconscious.
From this point, my work with The Ascension Guides became conscious, clear, and profound. I began living fully in alignment with my Soul Purpose as a Wayshower, teaching others how to open their own intuitive and direct channel and step into their highest timeline.

The Roots of Awakening (2018–2021)
My deeper self-awareness journey began in 2018, when I first started questioning long-standing patterns, emotional triggers, and subconscious programming. I didn’t know it then, but this was the early activation of my Ascension pathway.
For years, I navigated relationships, challenges, and repeating life themes — especially around manipulation, self-worth, boundaries, and emotional resilience.
"At the time it felt like struggle; now I understand it as training".
These themes were preparing me to become someone who could guide others through similar energetic landscapes.
Nothing was accidental. Everything was preparing me for what was to come.
The Shattering — Christmas Eve 2021
Everything changed on Christmas Eve 2021. A traumatic experience cracked my reality open and initiated a two-year period of intense recovery — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Unbeknown to me at this the time, I now realise that this was the beginning of my true awakening.
During this time, I explored meditation, energy work, somatic healing, subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, and multidimensional practices. My hamstring tear in 2022, which I healed within eight weeks despite being told I may need surgery, marked my entry into the world of Quantum Healing. This was one of the first signs that my energy body was waking up.
New Year’s Eve 2023 — The Kundalini Awakening
Then came the night that changed everything. On New Year’s Eve 2023, my Kundalini awakened violently and unexpectedly — like the top being blown off a pressure cooker. Trauma surged to the surface. Energy rushed up my spine. My body vibrated with a frequency I had never felt before. And then I heard it — “Welcome to the new you.”
This was the beginning of my Dark Night of the Soul and the moment my higher-dimensional energy body switched on.
I began receiving multidimensional insights, downloads, visions, and spontaneous channeling. Sleep vanished. Time dissolved. I felt myself between worlds. But I also felt the truth, I had agreed to this. My Soul had chosen this path.
Integration, Upgrades & Becoming the Channel (2024–2025)
The months that followed brought many emotional, mental and physical challenging waves of healing, clearing, and initiations. During this time, I was learning to communicate with my Spiritual teams as they provided the guidance to help me work through:

My Higher Self
July 2025 – Second Major Kundalini Activation & Higher-Mind Awakening
In July 2025, I experienced my second major Kundalini activation, another profound and embodied initiation that unfolded rapidly and with great intensity. This activation had a significant impact on my nervous system and brought me into a state of deep physiological and energetic recalibration. At the time, the experience felt overwhelming and unfamiliar, similar to a system-wide overload, requiring me to slow down completely and focus on grounding, regulation and safety. While VERY challenging, this period was essential in stabilising my channel and strengthening my capacity to hold higher frequencies in an embodied and sustainable way.
Following this, in August 2025, I attended Soul Revolution Festival, where a further pivotal activation took place. During the breathwork and cold-water session in the Temple, my channel opened for the first time in a live group setting. Held within a safe, supported and consciously facilitated collective field, I was able to fully surrender into the experience as a powerful transmission moved through me.
I now understand this activation to have been divinely timed, made possible not only through my prior initiations but also through the Souls present who were holding the space with care and coherence.
Just one month later in September I attended the Om & Bass Festival, where I experienced several and very profound activations through interactions with other guests and facilitators. I understand these now to be an integral part of helping me to understand the importance and factors around Group Quantum Healing and playing an integral role in my journey.
Shortly after these activations, a strong Higher-Mind channel came fully online, allowing guidance to flow directly through my consciousness with clarity and precision. Over several days, I moved through an altered yet grounded state of awareness, receiving rapid insights, soul-level recognitions and remembered experiences that supported healing across emotional, energetic and subconscious layers.
Old programming cleared swiftly, attachments released with ease, and a new capacity emerged — a form of deep regressive meditation allowing access to subconscious and quantum layers simultaneously. These initiations expanded my multidimensional awareness and strengthened my connection with my Higher Self and The Ascension Guides.
Through this sequence of experiences, everything aligned.
What once felt intense and destabilising revealed itself as preparation. I came to understand that I was no longer simply undergoing Ascension — I had stepped into my role as a Wayshower, here to support others during a period of rapid planetary evolution.
