A Personal Reflection
Over the past few weeks, I have been taken through a series of profound personal experiences which, through reflection and channelled guidance from the Ascension Guides, I now recognise were never solely for my own understanding. They were preparing me to receive a collective message for the 7/7 Portal and the unfolding energies of July.
As each transmission came through, it became clear that the themes emerging were not isolated, but deeply connected to what many souls are now experiencing across the planetary field. Communication, throat chakra activation, water frequencies, soul contracts, changing timeframes and the acceleration of consciousness are all weaving together as part of our collective ascension journey.
Although July may feel intense or even turbulent at times, the guidance continually returned to one central message: how we communicate—with ourselves, with others, with nature and with Spirit—has never been more important. As our consciousness expands, so too does our ability to communicate through frequency, authenticity and truth.

We are the Ascension Guides, and we bring through a special transmission for the 7/7 Portal.
Many of you are sensing that something is changing. You feel yourselves standing upon the threshold of a new gateway, one that asks you to step beyond the familiar and into a greater expression of your soul.
We would like to bring your awareness back to the analogy of the soldier standing upon the front line. The officers call for the soldier to move forward, yet the child within wishes to remain where it feels safe. One aspect of the self knows it is time to advance, while another seeks the comfort of certainty.
This is the journey many souls are experiencing now.
You are not being held back because your path is incorrect. You are being invited to recognise where the ego still seeks reassurance before your soul is ready to move. July asks you to step beyond these limitations with courage, trust and faith. 🌿
💬 Communication Beyond Words
For the month of July you have already expressed an understanding that many frequencies are arriving which relate to communication.
When you begin to understand communication at the level in which you are now evolving, it becomes clear that communication is far more than conversation.
Souls communicate continuously through thoughts, feelings, emotions, intention and frequency.
✨Every thought you direct towards another soul is received.
✨Every emotion carries information.
✨Every intention creates communication.
This exists whether you are speaking physically, communicating through Spirit, or simply holding another soul within your heart. 💙
As more souls reconnect through friendships, relationships, families and shared missions, you are being invited to communicate with greater authenticity than ever before.
You are learning to recognise one another beyond personality and into the truth of the soul.

Many of you will recognise changes in the way you communicate.

Water remains one of the great teachers throughout July.
✨Water is not simply an element.
✨Water is consciousness.
✨Water carries memory.
✨Water stores information.
Throughout June many of you were guided towards rivers, lakes and oceans. These activations continue as humanity learns to work consciously with the intelligence held within the waters of your planet.
Every loving intention offered into water creates a ripple of consciousness extending far beyond what the physical eye can perceive.
As you connect with water during this month, allow it to become both a mirror and a messenger, reflecting the emotions, wisdom and healing your soul is ready to receive. ✨
🤝 Contracts, Agreements & Divine Timing
We would now like to bring your awareness to the understanding of contracts and agreements.
Many of you are now reaching the completion of contracts and agreements that were established long before you entered this lifetime. These contracts have served their purpose. They have brought the lessons, the healing and the opportunities for growth that your soul required.
✨For some, this may be experienced through the ending of a relationship.
✨For others, it may be the completion of a friendship.
✨For others, it may be the ending of a work situation, a place, a way of living or even an old version of yourself.
We ask you not to view these endings as loss.
Instead, begin to recognise them as the completion of a sacred agreement.
Every contract has been created to provide a mutual exchange of energy.
Every agreement has been brought into your existence to help your soul evolve.
Some agreements are now ending.
Others are only just beginning.
We ask you to become inquisitive about what is unfolding before you.
Rather than asking, "Why is this happening to me?"
Perhaps begin asking,
"What agreement is now completing?
"What new agreement is now beginning?"
These contracts are not being created in this moment.
They have always existed within your soul's blueprint.
They are simply arriving now through divine timing.
Trust that every soul who enters your life has done so for a purpose.
Trust also that every soul who leaves has honoured their agreement with love.
Meet these changes not with fear, but with curiosity.

🕊️ Learning from the Animal Kingdom
We would also like to bring your awareness to the animal kingdom.
The animal kingdom continues its own ascension alongside humanity.
Many of you have not yet recognised that the animals are evolving with you.
Observe the birds.
Observe how they communicate.
A bird does not question whether another bird will hear its song.
It simply sings.
Its song may announce joy.
Its song may communicate protection.
Its song may warn of danger.
Its song may call another bird home.
Communication exists naturally throughout the whole of nature.
Observe the deer.
Observe the fox.
Observe the butterflies.
Observe every creature that surrounds you.
When they are playful, they communicate.
When they are protecting, they communicate.
When they are gathering food, they communicate.
When they enter survival, they communicate.
They are continuously expressing their frequency.
Perhaps humanity is now remembering what the animal kingdom has always known.
Communication is not something you do.
Communication is something you are.
As you begin observing nature more consciously, you may also begin recognising your own instinctive responses.
Where do you retreat?
Where do you protect yourself?
Where do you play?
Where do you trust?
Nature will become one of your greatest teachers throughout this next stage of ascension.
⏳ The Changing Nature of Time
We would also like to bring your awareness to time.
Many of you feel that time itself is changing.
One moment everything appears to move extraordinarily quickly.
The next, everything appears to slow. This is not something to fear.
It is part of your expanding consciousness.
Imagine watching a film on fast forward. So much information is arriving that it feels almost impossible to absorb.
Now imagine gently pressing rewind.
The film has not changed. Only your perception has changed.
This is what many of you are experiencing now.
The solar frequencies arriving upon your planet are accelerating the amount of information your soul is able to receive. As your consciousness expands, your relationship with time also changes. Do not become concerned if time appears distorted.
Trust instead that your soul is receiving exactly what it is ready to receive.
Everything is unfolding in perfect divine timing.
