🌟 April Ascension Energy Forecast - The Rocky Ride - Navigating Light & Dark Energies⚖️

We are The Ascension Guides and we are pleased to bring forward an Energy Forecast for April 2026, a very exciting Ascension phase, but one where as a Soul has chosen to work through at a VERY intense rate.
We understand that the April is a month where you may recognize that the energy feels contradictory for you and in many ways. You are all going through a very large phase—a very big phase—where everything that is being brought into your reality, is, if you like, questionable.
You are questioning everything that comes in front of you. Many of you are having difficulties even just getting through the day without it feeling like you are being torn from one pillar to the next...
Many of you are feeling that there are so many energies coming in, and you recognize that these energies are being brought through from the solar flares—the very induced solar flares which are coming through as part of the points of Ascension. ☀️⚡
Many of you also recognize that there are other aspects of this which can create physiological changes within the body…
So when this happens, we are being asked to pause and take a moment to consider: what are we being asked to understand in this lifetime?
✨ We recognize that we are here to do quantum healing.
We recognize that, on a level of quantum healing, we are working to understand our past, present, and future lifetimes, all being brought in through a point of frequency. 🌌
So when we are triggered, this becomes a point of reference—a soul reference point—where you are bringing through energies which are in direct relation to the sun and the solar flares, activating the heart portal.
When the heart portal is activated, it can induce an immense feeling of love and peace, but it can also create deep triggering moments.
These triggering moments are then cascaded through the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, activating all aspects of self which are now ready to be seen, resolved, and dissolved. ✨✨
Now, for this to happen, this means that you are working in tandem with two different types of energy sources. You are working with both a positive and a negative. Now, we use the word negative loosely here, because we are not talking about a negative energy which is here to cause you harm, but rather a darker energy, a denser energy, a lower vibrational energy—which you have agreed to as a soul in this lifetime to receive. 🌑
So again, understand that we are not here to bring through any misconstrued elements of information or anything to cause fear. These energies always work together. This is not unique to a human experience; this is unique to a soul experience in whatever form.
So if you can imagine, that you were a rock… 🪨
One day you are sitting there, minding your own business, and you feel beautiful energies cascading down to you through the sunshine or the rain—bringing information that you require at that time, information held within the water droplets. 🌧️☀️
Then, in the next moment, you are still being a rock, and someone comes along and, by accident, kicks you. This causes a rolling effect. You begin rolling along the path, and this rolling brings friction. It may hurt, as you are banging against the ground, creating friction against your own understanding of being a rock.
It rocks your reality, so to speak.
So what we are bringing through here is the understanding that both light ✨ and dark 🌑 aspects are within all humans at all times—and within all forms, including rocks, animals, and all aspects of soul-based energy.
Everything must encounter both a light and a dark experience.
So over the month of April, it is fair to say that you will recognize there are some very big planetary shifts. There are many alignments coming into your awareness. There are also solar flares—again, coming through to, if you like, rock the boat. 🚤
⚡ This is all part of your awareness and understanding. As a soul in this lifetime, you have agreed to this. Each time you feel these energies, it creates a rocking effect.
One moment you may be sitting in a calm boat with a group of friends, enjoying the sunshine, the waves, the experience… and the next moment, a storm may come, and even though you are in the same boat, with the same people - the experience feels completely different. 🌊⛈️
Working with Rebecca, she understands that this has been a large process in her lifetime to reach a point where she is able to channel with discernment. 🔮 And what does this mean? It means that Rebecca recognizes she must go through experiences herself—daily experiences—to reach new points in her own Ascension, where she is able to channel in this way. If she recognizes an energy that feels off or incorrect, she understands this as a darker energy, and even though this can be difficult at times - here to help her learn and "experience the experience."
And now, she also understands this as part of her Soul Agreement. Whether she is channelling to one person or to many thousands, it is irrelevant. She will always feel both light ✨ and dark 🌑 energies. This is part of her soul experience, and through this, she is able to help others navigate their own.
So, to summarize:
The month of April is, in many ways, a rocky ride. 🪨✨ A rocky ride where one moment you may feel beautiful light energy and information flowing through, and the next moment it may feel like you have been kicked down the path. Or like being on a boat—one moment calm, the next moment in a storm. 🌊⛈️ This is the nature of the energies at this time. Each day, every moment, there are both light ✨ and dark 🌑 aspects present.
When we speak of darker energies, you may also recognize this playing out on a planetary level—through global challenges, through things being uncovered, through what has been hidden coming to light.
As there is more light ✨ to awaken souls, there must also be more dark 🌑 to counterbalance, bringing things to the surface both on an individual and collective level. This is part of universal law and the Ascension process.
April energies are like April showers. 🌧️ They bring information through the rain, through the water, and also through the sunlight—creating rainbows 🌈 from the contrast between storm and light.
So we ask you, if you have questions or concerns during this time, return to this understanding.
Ask yourself:
What am I here to experience? Am I the rock that resists being kicked, or the rock that recognizes the experience—even the difficult ones—as part of being a rock?
Because being a rock is not just sitting in the sunshine. It is also experiencing movement, friction, and change. And being a rock among many rocks—each having their own experiences—is also part of the journey.
So the rocky ride you experience in April is one you have agreed to. You are souls. You chose to be here. Not everything will be light. There will be dark aspects—but this is part of the soul experience.
