Open your heart through a gentle cacao ceremony, rooted in the nurturing energy of Earth, before awakening your inner Fire through intuitive movement and ecstatic dance. Together, these elements encourage grounding, vitality, creativity, and the release of stagnant energy.

✨ SPIRIT – QUANTUM HEALING WORKSHOP & CHANNELLED GUIDANCE

Bex channels the Ascension Guides, sharing wisdom, insights, and Quantum Healing Frequencies to support understanding, healing, and soul remembrance across past, present, and future timelines.

💧🌈 WATER – QUANTUM SOUND HEALING CHAKRA JOURNEY

Flow into a deeply immersive healing experience where emotion, intuition, and energy are invited to move freely. Through the element of Water, participants journey through the chakra system, activating, balancing, and harmonising their energy at a quantum level.

During this journey:

• Bex leads with channelled guidance, Light Language, and Quantum Healing Frequencies (an evolved form of Reiki).

• Adam intuitively supports with live crystal singing bowls and gongs, allowing sound vibrations to deepen relaxation, integration, and energetic alignment.

The small group and warm, welcoming space made it easy to relax straight away. Bex created such a fun, uplifting atmosphere, and everything flowed beautifully — from the movement and cacao to the breathwork, Quantum Healing workshop, meditation, and the deeply immersive gong bath and sound healing journey.

The whole experience felt both exciting and strangely familiar, as though something deeper was being remembered and reconnected within us. During the session, gentle memories, emotions, and energetic shifts naturally came to the surface in a safe and supportive way.
